Cheval Safety is able to offer the following services. All Health and Safety documentation is provided in a suitable folder ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
Event Safety
We provide comprehensive Equestrian Event Health & Safety services for both unaffiliated and affiliated Eventing Events. An Event Safety Plan is issued prior to the event, followed by a proactive approach to managing health and safety during the actual event.
Our clients range from Bicton Arena (up to CCI 5* level), Aston Le Walls, Launceston Horse Trials and Goring Heath.
Risk Assessments

Comprehensive risk assessments to cover general risks in the yard.

Detailed COSHH assessments are individually tailored.

Assessments and reviews in order to establish if new signage or personal protective equipment is required.

Health and Safety Policy
Health and Safety Policy documents written specifically for your yard. Racing Yard Health and Safety Policies will meet the BHA standards.
All work is carried out with the customers needs as the utmost priority and all documentation is clearly explained to the customer.
How it works
A detailed site assessment of your yard is conducted to gain an insight of the facilities available. A review will take place of any current health and safety documentation that you have in place; this will include reviewing your hazards and risk assessments, health and safety policy, fire evacuation plans, COSHH assessments and training and accident logs. Where required, this information can be created and personalised to you.
